The 867_03 transactions from ERCOT (All AEP Service territory) for cross-referencing the 810_02s are missing at your end. You have checked the AES xChange Portal and these 867s do not appear.
It is likely that there is an ERCOT maintenance in progress. You can confirm with ERCOT on their maintenance schedule if you are not aware of it already. Usually, in the case of maintenance activity, the cross-reference transactions are expected to be received with a delay.
Please raise a support ticket (if not done already), with some sample accounts for the missing 867s, in case you want us to confirm that there are no issues at the Aurea end.
Access to the AES Exchange portal using client-specific credentials.
If a client raises a ticket for Aurea to confirm that there are no issues at our end, you first need to run a report in the AES xChange portal to check if 867 transactions for the client are getting displayed or not.
- If the 867s are displayed, inform the client that the transactions have been received and are appearing in the portal.
- If the 867s are not displayed, reach out to the EDI PCA, by creating an AESEDI Jira ticket of Type 'Eng Problem', to know if there is an ERCOT maintenance or migration in progress. Depending upon the information received from the PCA, inform the client accordingly.
