Overview

You want to know the User Name for the FTP Servers for a utility and Technical Contact from Aurea end.

Perhaps, you have received a notification from the utility that due to required maintenance at their end, they will be updating the passwords on their FTP server. This server is used by them to provide the Supplier Data Extract files. The Server name and IP address will remain the same. The passwords will be updated at a scheduled date and the new password will be provided by the utility to a single Technical Point of contact from Aurea. 

Solution

Please raise a support ticket with us (if not done already) with the Server Name(s) for the utility. We will provide the username and technical contact details that you can share with the utility.
