Handling ISTA services down for UA environment

Overview

You are getting a message "This site can't be reached" when attempting to access the UAT site for ISTA services.

Information

Please raise a support ticket with us (if not already done) with the exact web service URL that you are attempting to access and details of the error message (preferably, a screenshot).

We will inform you after resolving the issue and you can verify that the services are up again.

Please raise an AESCIS Jira ticket of Type 'SaaS Incident' with all the information from the client for the SaaS team to troubleshoot and restore the web services. Once the SaaS team resolves the issue, inform the client that the services are up.
