Overview
You need to mark an account or sub-account as active. This may be required before moving transactions, payments, and invoices from an old account or sub-account that may be inactive to a new account or sub-account.
Prerequisites
- Access to the CSR Portal.
Solution

Login to the CSR portal.

Search for the customer using the Account Number.

If you want to see all sub-accounts under an account, search by the LDC Account Number. This will display all the customer accounts associated with this LDC number.

Access the summary page of the account or sub-account that needs to be marked as “active”.

Click on the Edit icon in the Account Information section.

For the Status field, select Active from the drop-down.

Click on Save.
Testing
The customer account will be marked as Active. This can be confirmed by reviewing the Account Information section in the account's Summary Page and checking the displayed value for Status.
If transactions, payments, or invoices need to be moved to this newly activated account, refer to:
