Overview
You may notice changes to a replicated table while auditing and would want more information on the change. Since the replication source tables are present at Aurea, support would be able to gather more information about this.
Solution
While changes to the structure of the database tables are done through enhancement requests only, this event can also be observed due to an index-rebuilding operation on the observed table which needs to be confirmed with other teams. Create a support ticket, mentioning the database name, table name, and the modification date.

Check if the table is a replicated table by checking in this KB article. If it is, then raise a CENTRAL JIRA ticket to find out if the table had any modifications or indexing operations running on it during the time of modification as reported in the support ticket by the client.
If it is discovered that there was an indexing operation running during the time reported by the client, then inform the client that the modification entry was created due to the indexing process.
